電壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)機(jī)概述

電壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)機(jī)采用計(jì)算機(jī)控制，通過(guò)人機(jī)對(duì)話(huà)方式，完成對(duì)絕緣介質(zhì)材料的工頻電壓擊穿，工頻耐壓試驗(yàn)。

適用于對(duì)固體絕緣材料(如：絕緣漆、樹(shù)脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、層壓制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復(fù)合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等)在工頻電壓下?lián)舸╇妷?，擊穿?qiáng)度和耐電壓的測(cè)試。

儀器對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的各種數(shù)據(jù)快速、準(zhǔn)確地進(jìn)行采集、處理、存取、顯示、打印。

安全保護(hù)功能：
◆ 試驗(yàn)在試驗(yàn)箱中進(jìn)行，試驗(yàn)箱門(mén)打開(kāi)時(shí)電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側(cè)無(wú)電壓。100KV測(cè)試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗(yàn)箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm，50KV測(cè)試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗(yàn)箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗(yàn)時(shí)即使人接觸箱壁也不會(huì)有危險(xiǎn)。
◆ 設(shè)備要安裝單獨(dú)的保護(hù)地線(xiàn)。接保護(hù)地線(xiàn)，主要是減少試樣擊穿時(shí)對(duì)周?chē)a(chǎn)生的較強(qiáng)的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計(jì)算機(jī)失控。
◆ 該試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項(xiàng)保護(hù)措施，主要有：過(guò)流保護(hù)、失壓保護(hù)、漏電保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)、直流試驗(yàn)放電報(bào)警等。
◆直流試驗(yàn)放電報(bào)警功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗(yàn)時(shí),當(dāng)開(kāi)啟試驗(yàn)門(mén)時(shí)設(shè)備會(huì)自動(dòng)報(bào)警,直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后報(bào)警會(huì)自動(dòng)取消.(注：因?yàn)橹绷髟囼?yàn)后不放電會(huì)危險(xiǎn)到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害)。
◆ 試驗(yàn)放電裝置，隨主機(jī)為一體化，改進(jìn)了以往單獨(dú)配備一根放電桿的功能。

整機(jī)組成：

3、檢測(cè)部件：由集成電路組成的測(cè)量電路。通過(guò)信號(hào)線(xiàn)把檢測(cè)的模擬信號(hào)和開(kāi)關(guān)信號(hào)傳給計(jì)算機(jī)。
4、計(jì)算機(jī)軟件：通過(guò)智能電路把由檢測(cè)設(shè)備采集的測(cè)控信號(hào)傳給計(jì)算機(jī)。計(jì)算機(jī)根據(jù)采集的信息控制設(shè)備運(yùn)行并處理試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

電壓擊穿試驗(yàn)儀整機(jī)組成：
