電容器紙介電常數(shù)測試儀概述

A型高頻Q表和C型高頻Q表主要區(qū)別

A/C高頻Q表能在較高的測試頻率條件下，測量高頻電感或諧振回路的Q值，電感器的電感量和分布電容量，電容器的電容量和損耗角正切值，電工材料的高頻介質(zhì)損耗，高頻回路有效并聯(lián)及串聯(lián)電阻，傳輸線的特性阻抗等。該儀器廣泛地用于科研機(jī)關(guān)、學(xué)校、工廠等單位。A/C高頻Q表是北廣精儀儀器設(shè)備有限公司研制的產(chǎn)品，它以DDS數(shù)字直接合成方式產(chǎn)生信號(hào)源，頻率達(dá)60MHz/160MHz，信號(hào)源具有信號(hào)失真小、頻率精確、信號(hào)幅度穩(wěn)定的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，更保證了測量精度的精確性。A主電容調(diào)節(jié)用傳感器感應(yīng)，電容讀數(shù)精確,且頻率值可設(shè)置。C主電容調(diào)節(jié)用步進(jìn)馬達(dá)控制，電容讀數(shù)更加精確,頻率值和電容值均可設(shè)置。A/C電容、電感、Q值、頻率、量程都用數(shù)字顯示，在某一頻率下，只要能找到諧振點(diǎn)，都能直接讀出電感、電容值，大大擴(kuò)展了電感的測量范圍，而不再是固定的幾個(gè)頻率下才能測出電感值的大小。A/C*的諧振點(diǎn)頻率自動(dòng)搜索或電容自動(dòng)搜索功能，能幫助你在使用時(shí)快速地找到被測量器件的諧振點(diǎn)，自動(dòng)讀出Q值和其它參數(shù)。Q值量程可手動(dòng)或自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換。

高壓電橋采用典型的西林電橋線路。C4橋臂在基本量程時(shí)，與R4橋臂并聯(lián)，測量數(shù)值為正損耗因數(shù)。結(jié)構(gòu)采用了雙層屏蔽。并通過輔橋的輔助平衡，消除寄生參數(shù)對電橋平衡的影響。輔橋由電位自動(dòng)電位跟蹤器與內(nèi)層屏蔽（S）組成。自動(dòng)跟蹤器由電子元器件組成。它在橋頂B處取一輸入電壓，通過放大后，在內(nèi)屏蔽（S）產(chǎn)生一個(gè)與B電位相等的電壓。當(dāng)電橋在平衡時(shí)，A,B,S三點(diǎn)電位必然相等，從而達(dá)到自動(dòng)跟蹤的目的。本電橋在平衡過程中，輔橋采用自動(dòng)電位跟蹤，在主橋平衡過程的同時(shí)，輔橋也自動(dòng)跟蹤始終處于平衡的狀態(tài)，用戶只要對主橋平衡進(jìn)行操作就能得到可靠的所需數(shù)據(jù)。同時(shí)也有效的抑制了電壓波動(dòng)對平衡所帶來的影響。在指零部分，采用了指針式電表指示，視覺直觀，分辨清楚，克服了以往振動(dòng)式檢流計(jì)的缺點(diǎn)。

高壓電橋是本公司推出的新一代高壓電橋，主要用于測量工業(yè)絕緣材料的介質(zhì)損耗(tgδ)及介電常數(shù)（ε）。符合GB1409、GB5654及GB/T1693, ASTM D150-1998(2004) 固體電絕緣材料的交流損耗特性及介電常數(shù)的試驗(yàn)方法其采用了西林電橋的經(jīng)典線路，內(nèi)附0-2500的數(shù)顯高壓電源及100PF標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電容器，并可按用戶要求擴(kuò)裝外接標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電容線路。

工作原理
本測試裝置是由二只測微電容器組成，平板電容器一般用來夾持被測樣品，園筒電容器是一只分辨率高達(dá)0.0033pF的線性可變電容器，配用儀器作為指示儀器，絕緣材料的損耗角正切值是通過被測樣品放進(jìn)平板電容器和不放進(jìn)樣品的Q值變化，由園筒電容器的刻度讀值變化值而換算得到的。同時(shí)，由平板電容器的刻度讀值變化而換算得到介電常數(shù)。

橋體內(nèi)附電位跟蹤器及指零儀，外圍接線及少。
電橋采用接觸電阻小，機(jī)械壽命長的十進(jìn)開關(guān)，保證測量的穩(wěn)定性
